Polished Detailing Terms of Service

By booking or using Polished Detailing’s services, you (“Client”) agree to these terms forming a legal agreement between you and Polished Detailing (“Contractor”).

Packages

Polished Detailing offers a variety of detailing packages for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents are subject to change at our discretion and will be updated on our website.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service. We accept cash, bank check, debit cards, and credit cards. If a card is declined, we will request an alternative payment method. A collection process will begin 48 hours after a declined payment.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service. Polished Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or the vehicle during service. Ensure the service area is safe and lawful. If you have concerns, please notify our detailing specialist. Vehicles are serviced at the client’s risk and must withstand standard cleaning processes. Any damage claims are limited to the service cost.

We reserve the right to secure bookings with debit/credit card details and may adjust bookings due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues. Additional work outside the booking scope may incur an hourly rate of $50, at our discretion. A 20% surcharge applies to jobs involving hazardous materials like urine, vomit, blood, feces, or similar substances.

Late Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within this period incur a $25 fee or more to compensate our technicians.

Satisfaction Policy

If our technician fails to complete the service as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor workmanship, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion at no cost. Claims must be filed within 24 hours via phone, email, or text message, accompanied by photos of the issue.

Appointment Time

Technicians may arrive late due to traffic or other circumstances. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for scheduled appointments. We will notify you of any delays.

SMS Service

You can opt-out of SMS updates by texting “STOP”. To rejoin, sign up as you initially did.

Coupon & Referral Policy

We occasionally offer referral programs allowing you to earn credits by sharing a unique referral link with friends. Credits are redeemable for Polished Detailing services. Referred customers must be new and use your referral link to qualify.
